What is the difference between The Freeze and The One?
The Freeze features a powerful 1 horsepower cooling system with integrated filtration and ozone sterilization, designed for users who want maximum cooling performance with no ice required. The One is a premium cold therapy tub with whisper quiet operation, WiFi temperature control, and advanced filtration with UV purification, ideal for everyday home use.
How cold do Ice Flow products get?
Both The Freeze and The One can cool water down to approximately 37°F, depending on ambient conditions and proper maintenance.
Orders and Payments
Are orders refundable?
No. All sales are final. No orders are refundable by any means. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?

Warranty and Support
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Ice Flow products come with a 1 Year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
