At Ice Flow, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

No Refunds on Any Orders

All products sold by Ice Flow are non refundable by any means. This applies to all purchases, regardless of product condition, usage, or reason for return. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

Products Covered by This Policy

This no refund policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following products:

The Freeze
The Freeze is a high performance cold plunge system featuring a 1 horsepower cooling system, integrated filtration, and ozone sterilization. Due to the nature of this product and its specialized use, all sales are final and non refundable.

The One
The One cold therapy tub includes advanced cooling technology, WiFi temperature control, filtration, and UV purification. All purchases of The One are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Filters (The One)
Replacement filter packs for The One are also non refundable. Once purchased, filters cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue. While refunds are not offered, we may assist with troubleshooting or warranty related support where applicable.
