Are ICE FLOW and RED FLOW the same company? Yes. ICE FLOW and RED FLOW are sister brands owned and operated by ICE FLOW LLC, based in Puerto Rico. ICE FLOW specializes in cold plunge systems. RED FLOW specializes in red light therapy devices. Both are sold at iceflowpr.com.
Where are you based? We are based in Puerto Rico and ship island-wide for free. We also ship to the continental United States.

ICE FLOW Cold Plunge — Product Questions
Do ICE FLOW tubs require ice? No. All ICE FLOW systems use active cooling technology — a built-in chiller that keeps water cold without any ice. Just fill with water, set your temperature, and plunge.
How cold does the water get? ICE FLOW systems cool water down to 32°F (0°C).
How long does it take to reach the target temperature? Depending on starting water temperature and ambient conditions, most systems reach target temperature within 1–3 hours of first use.
Do I need a plumber to install it? No plumbing is required for most setups. The tubs are self-contained — you fill them with a standard garden hose. Drainage follows the same process.
Can I use it indoors and outdoors? Yes. ICE FLOW systems are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Make sure outdoor units are protected from direct rain and extreme heat.
Does it need a special electrical outlet? The systems require a standard 110V or 220V outlet depending on the model. Specific requirements are included with each product.
How do I control the temperature? THE ONE and THE FORGE feature Wi-Fi smart control — you set and monitor temperature directly from your smartphone. THE FREEZE uses an onboard control panel.
How often should I clean the tub? We recommend a full water change every 1–2 weeks with light daily filtration running. The built-in filtration system keeps water crystal clear between changes.
Is there a warranty? Yes. All ICE FLOW products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
RED FLOW Red Light Therapy — Product Questions
What is red light therapy? Red light therapy (also called photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate skin and tissue, stimulating cellular repair, collagen production, and energy at the mitochondrial level. It is clinically studied for skin health, muscle recovery, inflammation reduction, and more.
Is red light therapy safe? Yes. Red light therapy is non-invasive, drug-free, and has been extensively studied in clinical research. It does not contain UV radiation and does not cause burns or tanning.
How often should I use The Mask or Infra Fountain? Most users see results with daily or every-other-day sessions of 10–20 minutes. Consistency over several weeks produces the best outcomes.
How long before I see results from The Mask? Most users notice improved skin tone and texture within 2–4 weeks of daily use. Collagen remodeling and deeper changes typically appear after 6–12 weeks.
Can I use red light therapy with cold plunge? Absolutely — and we recommend it. The combination (contrast therapy) is one of the most powerful recovery protocols available. Use red light first to stimulate circulation, then cold plunge to reduce inflammation and lock in recovery.
How long does delivery take for The Mask? The Mask ships in approximately 2 weeks from order date.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free island-wide delivery throughout Puerto Rico on all products. Continental USA shipping is available; rates vary by product size.

How long does delivery take for The Forge? The Forge is a premium, made-to-order unit. Delivery typically takes 1–2 months depending on the season. We'll keep you updated every step of the way after your order is placed.
