Limited Warranty for All Cold Plunges
ICE FLOW LLC ("ICE FLOW," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Limited Warranty for THE ONE cold plunge product ("Product") purchased directly from our website at iceflowpr.com or through any other authorized method in Puerto Rico. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
ICE FLOW warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This Limited Warranty applies to both residential and commercial use, including gyms, spas, and shared facilities.
This Limited Warranty covers the following components:

The tub shell and structure against leaks, cracks, blisters, or delamination caused by manufacturing defects

Plumbing components, including pipes, valves, and fittings, against leaks or failures due to defects in materials or workmanship

Electrical and mechanical components, including the chiller, pump, ozone generator (if applicable), filters, and controls, against malfunctions caused by defects in materials or workmanship
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, ICE FLOW will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or the entire Product. Replacement parts or Products may be new, refurbished, or equivalent in performance to the original.
Any repaired or replaced Product or part will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper installation, or operation not in accordance with ICE FLOW instructions or the user manual

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations, including the use of non approved parts or accessories

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as fading, discoloration, scratches, or surface imperfections that do not affect functionality

Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures outside recommended operating ranges, unapproved chemicals, or environmental factors such as salt air, humidity, or direct sunlight without proper protection

Damage caused by improper maintenance, including failure to clean the Product, replace filters as specified, or maintain proper water quality
Failure to change or replace the unit filter at the intervals recommended by ICE FLOW LLC (once per month) will void this Limited Warranty entirely.
Additional exclusions include:

Damage occurring during transportation, shipping, or handling after delivery, unless shipping was arranged by ICE FLOW

Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, or use with incompatible power sources

Costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation of the Product
-
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of use, property damage, personal injury, or economic loss
If ICE FLOW determines that an issue is due to user error, misuse, or any excluded cause, we may offer repair or replacement services at your expense. These services are not covered under this Limited Warranty and may include costs for parts, labor, shipping, and applicable fees. Prior approval from ICE FLOW is required before proceeding with any repairs, or this Limited Warranty may be voided.
3. Maintenance Requirements
To maintain coverage under this Limited Warranty, you must:

Follow all installation, operation, and maintenance instructions provided on installation day

Use only ICE FLOW approved chemicals, filters, and accessories

Regularly inspect and maintain the Product, including timely filter replacements

Maintain records of maintenance, purchases, and usage, which may be required for warranty claims
Failure to comply with these requirements will void this Limited Warranty.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact ICE FLOW customer support within the Warranty Period at (787) 974-0764 or ventas@iceflowllc.com

Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, photos or videos of the defect, and any available maintenance records

ICE FLOW will evaluate the claim and determine eligibility
We aim to respond to warranty claims within one to seven business days. If approved, ICE FLOW will provide instructions for repair or replacement.
Shipping costs for warranty covered items returning to our Puerto Rico facility will be covered by ICE FLOW. The customer is responsible for initial shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ICE FLOW’s liability under this Limited Warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective Product or part. In no event shall ICE FLOW be liable for incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
6. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Limited Warranty shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
