THE FREEZE

WARRANTY

ICE FLOW, LLC. (“ICE FLOW”) guarantees to the original
residential purchaser that the products and component parts are free of
material and workmanship defects within the specified period of 6 months. This
Limited Warranty covers RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL use.

Chiller
Housing - Your Chiller is warranted against functional failure due to
defects in the chiller housing, blisters or cracks of the exterior surface
of the chiller housing due to defects in workmanship or materials for six
months from the original date of purchase.

Equipment
and Controls – Specifically the pump, chiller components, heater, sensors,
and control system – are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in
workmanship or materials for six months from the original date of
purchase.

Plumbing
Components – Plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to
defects in workmanship or materials for six months from the original date
of purchase.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The following are not covered by this Residential/Commercial Limited
Warranty:

The
Chiller units located outside of Puerto Rico.

Repair
technicians and cost of shipping replacement parts to ICE FLOW units
located in Puerto Rico.

Freight
damage caused by the common carrier 

Damage
caused by repairs for issues covered by this Limited Warranty that have
been attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative. The ICE
FLOW COLD PLUNGE TUB owner accepts liability for such repair work
performed by anyone other than the Manufacturer or a designated ICE FLOW
representative.

Damage
resulting from neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation,
operation or maintenance of the Water Chiller other than in accordance
with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the
Chiller, including but not limited to the failure to maintain proper water
chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper
cleaners or non-genuine parts and accessories.

Normal
wear and tear 

Cosmetic
damage that does not affect the performance or safety of the unit, such as
scratches, stains, discoloration, chipping, or other surface damage.

Failures
caused by any external cause or act of God, including but not limited to,
theft, vandalism, riot, war, fire, lightning, earthquake, flood, tornado,
or hurricane.

Costs
of adjustments and normal preventive maintenance.

Gaining
access to any component for repair or replacement. 

VOIDING THE WARRANTY

The following actions will void this Limited Warranty:

Damage
or failure due to installation of aftermarket parts that are not genuine ICE
FLOW branded Parts & Accessories. This includes, but is not limited to
filters, ozone systems, repair parts and other accessories. Genuine ICE
FLOW brand Parts & Accessories are built to our highest standards of
quality, durability and performance, and they are designed to work with
your cold plunge system to ensure optimal performance and function.

Keeping
the ICE FLOW SYSTEM in sub-freezing (32°F/0°C) temperatures and not
following proper Instructions. This requires unplugging, draining the
Plunge and Chiller of all water if temperatures are at or below for any
period of time (32°F/0°C)

Not
fully draining the Plunge or properly storing the Plunge if there is
planned or unplanned power loss to the unit for more than 1 hour.

Attaching
the Chiller to a tub that has not been manufactured by ICE FLOW.

Misuse,
failure to conduct routine maintenance as provided in the user manual,
abuse, negligence, or improper use.

Adding
ice to the tub with the Chiller connected and running.

Damage
caused by placing the Chiller with Added Heater indoors. 

ICE
FLOW LLC is NOT liable for any property damage caused by condensation.

WHAT WE WILL DO

At its own discretion, ICE FLOW LLC shall provide free repair or
replacement of any defective product or component that has been installed,
used, and serviced normally, within the specified warranty period. In the event
that repair or replacement is not feasible, ICE FLOW LLC may choose to
reimburse the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Please
note that replacement parts may not be identical to the original ones, and
their availability is subject to change. ICE FLOW LLC, at its discretion, may
use refurbished replacement parts. These remedies are the only options
available to you. ICE FLOW LLC will not pay for any costs relating to the
dismantling, disconnecting, or disposal of a Water Chiller or any component. ICE
FLOW LLC will not pay for the costs of assembly or installation of a
replacement ICE FLOW SYSTEM.

WHAT YOU MUST DO

To make a warranty claim for a product, you need to contact
the retailer from whom you purchased it, accompanied by the original sales
receipt as proof of purchase, a written description of the defect, along with
any photos and video detailing the issues requested by ICE FLOW LLC. If you
purchased the product directly from the ICE FLOW LLC website, you can reach out
to us via mail or online. Please ensure to include your order number and
purchase date while contacting us.

To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this
Limited Warranty, reach out as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to
protect the system from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, a designated
service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and
conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. There will be no charge for
parts or labor to repair the defect, although providing access to effect the
repair is your responsibility as the system owner.

You may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage
charges. In the event that the system is removed to a repair facility for
repair and reinstalled, the cost of removal and reinstallation will be your
responsibility as the ICE FLOW SYSTEM owner. The Manufacturer or distributor
reserves the right, at its sole option, to either repair or replace any covered
part, and in the event it chooses to provide a replacement system, it will be
of equal value to the original system. In such an event, reasonable costs for
removal of the original system, shipping costs from the factory for the
replacement Plunge and delivery and installation of the replacement will be
your responsibility as the ICE FLOW SYSTEM owner. The replacement system will
carry the balance of the original Plunge’s warranty. Systems covers are not
included.

LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This Limited Warranty takes the place of all other
warranties, express or implied, in fact or at law. All warranty service must be
performed by the Manufacturer or its designated representative using authorized
ICE FLOW LLC parts. No agent, dealer, distributor,

service company or other party is authorized to change, modify or extend the
terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever. ICE FLOW will not be
responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go
beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with any authorized literature or
specifications furnished by us.

DISCLAIMERS

ICE FLOW LLC AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, cost or
other damage, whether incidental or consequential, arising out of any defect
covered by this limited warranty, including without limitation, loss of use of
the ICE FLOW system and cost for removal of defective product even if ICE FLOW LLC
was advised of the possibility of damage, and water damage. The liability of ICE
FLOW LLC under this limited warranty, if any, shall not exceed the original
amount paid for the defective product.



Coverage under this limited warranty shall commence as of the original date of
purchase and the duration of such coverage shall not extend for any reason
whatsoever beyond the stated time periods. These disclaimers shall be equally
applicable to any service provided by ICE FLOW LLC and its designated
representatives.

LEGAL RIGHTS

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. There are no
warranties applicable to ICE FLOW LLC products except as expressly stated
herein or as implied by applicable state and federal laws.

GARANTÍA

ICE FLOW, LLC ("ICE FLOW") garantiza al
comprador residencial original que los productos y sus componentes están libres
de defectos materiales y de mano de obra durante el período especificado de 6 meses. Esta Garantía Limitada cubre el uso RESIDENCIAL Y
COMERCIAL.

Chiller: El chiller está garantizado contra fallos
funcionales debido a defectos en la carcasa del chiller, ampollas o
grietas en la superficie exterior de la carcasa debido a defectos de mano
de obra o materiales durante seis meses a partir de la fecha original de
compra.

Equipos y Controles: Específicamente, la bomba, los
componentes del chiller, el calentador, los sensores y el sistema de
control están garantizados contra malfuncionamientos debido a defectos de
mano de obra o materiales durante seis meses a partir de la fecha original
de compra.

Componentes de Plomería: Los componentes de plomería están
garantizados contra fugas debido a defectos de mano de obra o materiales
durante seis meses a partir de la fecha original de compra.

LIMITACIONES
DE LA GARANTÍA

Lo siguiente no
está cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada Residencial/Comercial:

Las unidades de Chiller ubicadas
fuera de Puerto Rico.

Técnicos de reparación y costo de
envío de partes de repuesto a unidades ICE FLOW ubicadas en Puerto Rico.

Daños durante el transporte causados
por el transportista común.

Daños causados por reparaciones de
problemas cubiertos por esta Garantía Limitada que hayan sido intentadas
por alguien que no sea un representante autorizado. El propietario del ICE
FLOW COLD PLUNGE TUB acepta la responsabilidad por el trabajo de
reparación realizado por alguien que no sea el fabricante o un
representante designado de ICE FLOW.

Daños resultantes de negligencia, uso
indebido y abuso, incluyendo cualquier instalación, operación o
mantenimiento del Chiller que no esté de acuerdo con las instrucciones
contenidas en el manual del propietario proporcionado con el Chiller,
incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, la falta de mantenimiento adecuado de
la química del agua y el balance químico, el uso de limpiadores abrasivos
o inadecuados o piezas y accesorios no originales.

Desgaste
normal.

Daños estéticos que no afecten el
rendimiento o la seguridad de la unidad, como rasguños, manchas,
decoloración, astillado u otros daños en la superficie.

Fallos causados por cualquier causa
externa o fuerza mayor, incluidos, pero no limitados a, robo, vandalismo,
disturbios, guerra, incendio, rayos, terremotos, inundaciones, tornados o
huracanes.

Costos de ajustes y mantenimiento
preventivo normal.

Acceso a cualquier componente para
reparación o reemplazo.

ANULACIÓN DE
LA GARANTÍA

Las siguientes
acciones anularán esta Garantía Limitada:

Daño o fallo debido a la instalación
de piezas de repuesto no genuinas de ICE FLOW. Esto incluye, pero no se
limita a, filtros, sistemas de ozono, piezas de repuesto y otros
accesorios. Las piezas y accesorios genuinos de la marca ICE FLOW están
diseñados con los más altos estándares de calidad, durabilidad y
rendimiento, y están diseñados para funcionar con tu sistema de baño de
inmersión en frío para asegurar un rendimiento y funcionamiento óptimos.

Mantener el SISTEMA ICE FLOW en
temperaturas bajo cero (32°F/0°C) y no seguir las instrucciones adecuadas.
Esto requiere desconectar, vaciar el Plunge y el Chiller de toda el agua
si la temperatura está o cae por debajo de 32°F/0°C durante cualquier periodo
de tiempo.

No drenar completamente el Plunge o
no almacenarlo adecuadamente si hay una pérdida de energía planeada o no
planeada para la unidad durante más de 1 hora.

Conectar el Chiller a una tina que no
haya sido fabricada por ICE FLOW.

Uso indebido, falta de mantenimiento
rutinario como se indica en el manual de usuario, abuso, negligencia o uso
inapropiado.

Añadir hielo a la tina mientras el
Chiller está conectado y funcionando.

Daños causados por colocar el Chiller
con Calentador Añadido en interiores.

ICE FLOW LLC NO es responsable de daños a la propiedad
causados por la condensación.

LO QUE HAREMOS

A su propia
discreción, ICE FLOW LLC proporcionará reparación o reemplazo gratuito
de cualquier producto o componente defectuoso que haya sido instalado,
utilizado y mantenido correctamente dentro del período de garantía
especificado. En caso de que la reparación o reemplazo no sea posible, ICE
FLOW LLC puede optar por reembolsar el precio de compra a cambio de la
devolución del producto. Ten en cuenta que las piezas de repuesto pueden no ser
idénticas a las originales, y su disponibilidad está sujeta a cambios. ICE
FLOW LLC, a su discreción, puede usar piezas de repuesto reacondicionadas.
Estos remedios son las únicas opciones disponibles para ti. ICE FLOW LLC
no pagará los costos relacionados con el desmantelamiento, desconexión o
eliminación de un Water Chiller o cualquier componente. ICE FLOW LLC no
pagará los costos de ensamblaje o instalación de un sistema ICE FLOW de
reemplazo.

LO QUE DEBES
HACER

Para realizar un
reclamo de garantía de un producto, debes contactar al minorista de donde lo
compraste, acompañado del recibo original de compra como prueba de compra, una
descripción escrita del defecto, junto con cualquier foto y video detallando
los problemas solicitados por ICE FLOW LLC. Si compraste el producto
directamente en el sitio web de ICE FLOW LLC, puedes comunicarte con
nosotros por correo o en línea. Asegúrate de incluir tu número de orden y la
fecha de compra al contactarnos.

Para obtener servicio en caso de un defecto cubierto por esta Garantía Limitada, comunícate
lo antes posible y usa todos los medios razonables para proteger el sistema de
más daños. Con la prueba de compra, un representante de servicio designado
corregirá el defecto sujeto a los términos y condiciones contenidas en esta
Garantía Limitada. No habrá cargo por piezas o mano de obra para reparar el
defecto, aunque proporcionar acceso para realizar la reparación es
responsabilidad del propietario del sistema.

Es posible que se te cobren cargos razonables por el desplazamiento del reparador. En caso de que
el sistema sea retirado para reparación en una instalación y luego reinstalado,
los costos de retiro y reinstalación serán responsabilidad del propietario del
SISTEMA ICE FLOW. El fabricante o distribuidor se reserva el derecho, a su
opción exclusiva, de reparar o reemplazar cualquier parte cubierta, y en caso
de que elija proporcionar un sistema de reemplazo, este será de igual valor al
sistema original. En tal caso, los costos razonables de retiro del sistema
original, los costos de envío desde la fábrica para el reemplazo y la entrega e
instalación del reemplazo serán responsabilidad del propietario del SISTEMA ICE
FLOW. El sistema de reemplazo llevará el saldo de la garantía del Plunge
original. Los cubre sistemas no están incluidos.

LIMITACIONES
EN LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS

Esta Garantía Limitada reemplaza todas las demás garantías, expresas o implícitas, en hecho o
por ley. Todos los servicios de garantía deben ser realizados por el fabricante
o su representante designado utilizando piezas autorizadas de ICE FLOW LLC.
Ningún agente, distribuidor, distribuidor, empresa de servicio u otra parte
está autorizado a cambiar, modificar o extender los términos de esta garantía
limitada de ninguna manera. ICE FLOW no será responsable de ninguna
declaración o representación hecha en cualquier forma que vaya más allá, sea
más amplia o sea inconsistente con cualquier literatura autorizada o
especificaciones proporcionadas por nosotros.

DECLARACIONES
DE EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

ICE FLOW LLC Y SUS REPRESENTANTES NO SERÁN
RESPONSABLES DE DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES, y no serán responsables de
ninguna lesión, pérdida, costo u otro daño, ya sea incidental o consecuente,
que surja de cualquier defecto cubierto por esta garantía limitada, incluyendo
sin limitación, la pérdida del uso del sistema ICE FLOW y el costo de retiro
del producto defectuoso, incluso si ICE FLOW LLC fue advertido sobre la
posibilidad de daño, y daños por agua. La responsabilidad de ICE FLOW LLC
bajo esta garantía limitada, si la hubiera, no excederá el monto original
pagado por el producto defectuoso.

La cobertura bajo esta garantía limitada comenzará a partir de la fecha original de compra y la
duración de dicha cobertura no se extenderá en ninguna circunstancia más allá de los períodos de tiempo establecidos. Estas declaraciones de exoneración de responsabilidad serán igualmente aplicables a cualquier servicio proporcionado
por ICE FLOW LLC y sus representantes designados.

DERECHOS
LEGALES

Esta Garantía Limitada te otorga derechos legales específicos. No hay garantías aplicables a los productos de ICE FLOW LLC excepto las expresamente mencionadas en este documento o las implicadas por las leyes estatales y federales aplicables.
